Nova Uniao + Arm Triangle

The arm triangle is a submission that many members of Nova Uniao have had success with.

These days, the major standouts of Nova Uniao in MMA are such names as Jose Aldo, Marcos Loro, Renan Barao and Marlon Sandro.
