Great seminar with Dede and the Nova Uniao Team!

Thank you to all friends and teammates who attended Dede's seminar this past weekend. We learned good techniques, had great training with affiliates, and even better team bonding!

At one point we had 12 Black Belts training together under one roof training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in New York City!

What a great way to finish the weekend with Loro and Eduardo's win at Bellator!

And congratulations to Danilo and Shaolin for getting their stripes!
