WORLDS BREAKDOWN: BACK TAKE & PUNCH SWEEP




About take the back take, its very important you get mobility drill 3 steps knee on belly and make sure you pass with your knee very light on the guy so he gives the back with good speed and because your knee is so light it will be easy to take it. And the punch sweep, make sure his body is bent and your hips close to his
knee after that keep your legs close and use a great punch close to his foot.
